Long enough to tell whether a conversation has anything in it, short enough that a bad match costs you almost nothing. The timer is the same for both people and it can't be extended mid-chat.
Not during the blind chat — nobody sees your photos until the timer ends. After the reveal, your profile is visible only to people you've actually matched with.
If there's no reply for a minute we'll check whether you want to keep waiting or find someone else. Repeatedly leaving chats hanging gets flagged and can restrict an account.
Yes — request org access with your organization's email domain and we'll review it for verified sign-in.
